    A sophisticated trail favorite that balances savory and sweet. This Mediterranean-inspired dish features succulent chicken braised with olives, capers, and prunes. It’s the kind of “how did they cook this in the woods?” meal that defines our backcountry kitchen.

    The ultimate comfort food for tired legs. We build this masterpiece layer by layer in the cast iron: bubbling sauce, melted cheeses, and perfectly cooked pasta. It comes out of the coals hot, hearty, and guaranteed to fuel tomorrow’s climb.

  4. Pineapple Upside Down Cake
