Western Spirit Cycling will provide delicious food and all of the trail knowledge needed.
Come and join Pivot enthusiasts from near and far on group rides through some of the best singletrack in Arizona. Ride with factory athletes like Taylor Lideen, Leigh Donovan, Chloe Woodruff, and Aaron Chase.
Hangout with Pivot riders from all over and enjoy campfires, cold beer, and sunsets.
Join Pivot factory athletes, staff, and owners for a round of Cornhole, Giant Jenga, or compete at the Cactus Tire Toss, or Foot Down contest. There will be music and even a movie under the stars!

We have made camping at McDowell Mountain Park easy for you! We can pick you up at the Phoenix airport and bring you to the event. Your cozy tent, pad, and sleeping bag will be all set-up and waiting for you. McDowell has some of the most incredible tent camping in the Sonoran Desert.
Need camping gear? Just rent a tent, sleeping pad, and sleeping bag during checkout and we will have everything ready for you when you arrive.
And, choose airport pick-up to avoid rental car expenses and hassles. We will meet your flight and return you to the airport after the event.
McDowell Mountain Regional Park and McDowell Mountain Sonoran Preserve are home to almost 200 miles of trail. From miles of mellow rolling terrain to techy rocky black diamonds, this area has it ALL. Known for its incredible purpose-built trail, McDowell Mountain is a premier mountain bike destination in the Southwest.

1. Drive with your bike to the event.
2. Fly with your bike to the event.
3. Ship your bike to the event.
About Receiving & Shipping
If you choose the Receiving and Shipping option, the following services are included:
1. We will receive, un-box, build your bike, and have it ready to ride when you arrive.
2. At the end of the event we will re-box and ship your bike back to you.
*Note: Shipping your bike TO the event is not included in the price.
The cost for this service is:
$200 Per Bike (Bike Insurance up to $5K)
$275 Per Bike (Bike Insurance up to $10K)
How To Ship Your Bike:
– Have your local shop box and ship your bike to the event.
– Or, box and use Bike Flights (or another shipping service) to ship your bike to the event. You will only need to ship one way because the return shipping is included with the Receiving & Shipping service. Please see shipping label instructions below.

Yes. There will be a secure and dry storage area at the venue to store your bike box for the weekend.
There will be multiple options available for various fitness and skill levels.
Ride Lengths:
McDowell Mountain offers a stacked loop system providing rides from 5-mile to 45-mile loops. Riders will be able to choose their desired distance.
Ride Difficulty:
McDowell Mountain offers a wide variety of trail options ranging from introductory style rides to advanced/expert terrain.
Yes, there will be camping available for vans and Sprinters inside the event.
High clearance vehicles are recomended. If you have a low clerance vehicle there will be an alternate parking area.
No vehicles longer than 25 feet.
No, this event will be closed to non-participants.
This event will only be open to participants who have registered for the entire event.
No, this event is exclusively for Pivot owners.
Western Spirit Cycling has prepared a fantastic menu. All meals are included in the price from Dinner on Friday, November 22nd to Breakfast on Sunday, November 24th. Gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian options will be available.
Yes, pets are allowed at McDowell Mountain Park. Regulations require pets to be on a leash at all times.
